As of my last update, Toyota filed papers, then I filed papers, then Toyota filed more papers.
They asked for an OSC (Order to Show Cause). They got it.
I asked for a defense counsel appointment and more time. I got those.
Now, I continue to blog with all my heart.
Judge Selna appointed me a very fine and experienced defense lawyer, Dean Steward. I hereby disclose that I am very happy about that appointment.
