If we pretend to accept Toyota's claims of 30% of SA caused by mat and sticky pedal, and then follow this 1% caused by driver error (i.e. pedal misapplication), we have 69% left that remains unexplained.
So what is the cause?
Joel, can you explain away this 69%?
