We've agreed with Skadden's Tom and Lisa that we will ask the court to schedule the contempt hearing on November 17, postponing it from the original date so Shashi can prepare.
Before then, I will plan to file my formal response to the OSC by October 23, and Toyota gets to answer by November 6.
