Contempt hearing

A water carrier.

The contempt hearing was held yesterday. My attorneys Shashi Kewalramani and David Azar represented me, and I was not part of it at all. The court did not need me, apparently because the facts and the law were sufficient without my testimony.

We will wait for the ruling before commenting on the details. Meanwhile, the National Law Journal has covered the hearing.

In all of her filings, Toyota counsel Lisa Gilford of Skadden valiantly tried to carry her client's water to the court, and we shall soon see whether the court accepted her claims about Toyota's documents.
